We work with a network of trusted suppliers and manufacturers to fulfill your orders. Shipping times vary depending on the manufacturer and the product. Generally, you can expect the following:

  1. Processing Time: Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process. However, some products may require additional processing time due to their nature or the manufacturer’s location.

  2. Shipping Time: After processing, shipping typically takes between 7 to 14 business days. This may vary depending on your location and the manufacturer’s shipping method. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after your order is shipped. Tracking info may take up to 3-5 business days to be applied to a fully shipped order.

  3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of the products in your order.

  4. Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we ask you verify we are shipping to your country. We have international fulfillment, shipping directly to the United States from manufacturers. Orders shipped to international locations may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number (if applicable). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the shipping carrier’s system. Provide your order email, number, and tracking ID to see shipping status.

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we can no longer accept returns.

  1. Eligibility for Return: The item must be in unused, resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. You must also provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).
