While rare, minor imperfections may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. These do not reflect the overall integrity or performance of the watch, but we take every report seriously and are dedicated to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.

Defect Handling & Quality Issue Resolution

Should you receive a CHRONO watch that you believe does not meet our quality standards, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Experience Team immediately at [email protected]. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the concern, and supporting photos or videos if possible.

We will gladly review and investigate all reported issues on a case-by-case basis, and if a verified quality issue is identified, we will offer:

• A full replacement at no additional cost; or

• A repair or partial refund (depending on the severity and timing of the issue)

Please note: Cosmetic blemishes caused by mishandling, exposure to harsh environments, or general wear and tear may not be covered under our replacement guarantee, but we are happy to guide you toward appropriate care solutions.
